Julia
S. Epstein joined the firm in March 2009 and practices litigation in all areas
of trust and estate law.
Ms. Epstein graduated cum laude and phi beta kappa from Rutgers College of Rutgers University in 1997 and received her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 2000.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Epstein was an Assistant District Attorney with the New York County District Attorney’s Office and an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey. After leaving the field of criminal prosecution, Ms. Epstein practiced general commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense with a mid-sized general practice firm in Roseland.
Ms. Epstein was recently named a “2009 New Jersey Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine for her work as a litigator. She has substantial trial experience and is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York.
