 Erica
J. Goldberg joined the firm in August 2007. She worked in the Estates & Personal
Group of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP for over 5 years and then in the Family and
Business Planning Group at Withers Bergman LLP for almost 2 years.
She graduated from Barnard College, magna cum laude, in 1995, and received
her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, cum laude, Order of the Coif,
in 2000.
She co-authored “Important Bills Pass Affecting Trusts, Estates,” New York
Law Journal, Trusts and Estates Section, September 10, 2001 and “Provisions
Codified on Making Trusts Non-Resident for Income Tax Purposes,” New York Law
Journal, Trusts and Estates section, March 1, 2004.
Erica Goldberg focuses her practice on domestic estate and tax planning,
estate administration and charitable planning. She is admitted to the bar in New
York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Bar Association and New York
State Bar Association.
