 Andre
Shramenko is a member of the firm, where he is responsible for the firm’s
litigation practice involving United States Tax Court matters, probate, trusts
and guardianships. Mr. Shramenko has more than 30 years of extensive trial
experience involving numerous probate matters, as well as other related
litigation matters. He has been instrumental in securing a number of favorable
settlements involving Will contests, Will interpretations, as well as
complicated estates involving land use and intra-familial disputes. Mr.
Shramenko also has significant experience in real estate law and transactions.
Mr. Shramenko received his law degree in 1973 from the University of
Cincinnati College of Law, and was the recipient of a Reginald Heber Smith
Community Lawyer Fellowship.
Mr. Shramenko is admitted to practice before the bars of the States of New
York and New Jersey, as well as various Federal District Courts and Courts of
Appeals.
